nbjje Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using this platform — they govern your account, bonuses, and gaming experience.

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the nbjje platform and all its services. By accessing the website or opening an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

nbjje is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh, including slots, cricket betting, bingo, fishing games, and live casino. The platform operates using SSL encryption and follows fair play principles.

Important: These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. If you have difficulty understanding any part of the Terms, please contact our support team.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and enjoy gaming services at nbjje, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above.
  • You must be a competent adult capable of making independent decisions.
  • You must have a valid and active Bangladeshi mobile number.
  • You may operate only one account.

nbjje may at any time request a national ID card or other relevant documents for age verification. Providing false information regarding age or identity will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at nbjje, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If you need to change any information provided at registration, you will need to contact the support team for assistance.

3.2 Login & Password

It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances including bonuses may be forfeited.

Please note: Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered a policy violation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nbjje currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all methods. The maximum limit depends on your account verification level. Once a deposit request is processed, funds are generally added to your account within a few minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, payment is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

  • Account identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals are generally made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Winnings earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, nbjje may request additional verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at nbjje have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. After wagering this amount, winnings earned from the bonus will be eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus may be claimed only once.
  • Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • A maximum bet limit may apply when placing bets with a bonus balance.
  • If a bonus remains incomplete, you may not be able to claim a new bonus.
  • nbjje reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on nbjje operate under a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined by verifiable algorithms and no party can predetermine the result.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game category has its own betting rules. It is advised to read the relevant rules before starting a game. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network error, or other technical issue, nbjje may cancel the bet for that round and return the original stake. This decision shall be considered final.

6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting

For betting on cricket or other sports, match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match is suspended due to rain, abandonment, or any other reason, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbjje platform:

  • Attempting to gain bonuses or advantages by creating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a false identity or misleading information.
  • Attempting to hack the platform's software or gain unauthorised advantages.
  • Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
  • Conducting money laundering or illegal financial transactions through the platform.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities by any means to gain winnings unfairly.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

nbjje believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We encourage our members to play responsibly.

  • Set a deposit limit for yourself and stick to it.
  • Do not place more bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
  • Do not play with borrowed money or money you cannot afford to lose.
  • If gaming starts to affect your daily life, family, or career, seek help.

10 Intellectual Property & Proprietary Assets

All content on the nbjje platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of nbjje. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

The software and content of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) are protected under the intellectual property of their respective companies. nbjje serves these games solely on a licensed basis.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbjje is not liable for:

  • Inability to play due to internet disconnection or device issues.
  • Losses caused by delays or failures of third-party payment providers.
  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyberattacks.
  • Losses arising from the user's own negligence or failure to comply with the Terms.

nbjje never guarantees income from gaming. All games carry financial risk and the player bears sole responsibility for that risk.

12 Amendments to Terms & Account Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

nbjje may update or amend these Terms at any time. Members will be given appropriate notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

12.2 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

12.3 nbjje's Authority

nbjje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without notice in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
